Remove the pads and apply a thin, high-temp brake lubricant to the pad backing plates and to the caliper slide pins (not the friction surface)—this commonly cures squeal from vibration. Check and replace any worn anti-rattle clips or shims and torque the caliper bolts to spec; reassemble and test at low speed.
