🥊💥 Boxing + Muay Thai Combos (For Kids Learning Self-Defense)


1. Pop & Push


• Jab–Cross (Boxing punches straight to the nose)

• Front Kick (Teep) (Muay Thai push kick to the belly)



🧠 Use this to keep someone back if they get too close!

2. Circle & Strike


• Slip Left–Hook (Boxing dodge then punch to the side of the head)

• Low Round Kick (Muay Thai leg kick to make them lose balance)

3. High-Low Switch


• Jab–Uppercut (Boxing mix of high and low punches)

• Elbow to Shoulder (Muay Thai close-range strike)

• Block–Overhand Punch (Boxing defense then punch over their guard)
